Mead maintenance is a young vibrant property maintenance company based in North Hertfordshire. We are a property refurbishment company that started out specialising in decorating and plastering and now with the right tradesmen working with us we cover all aspects of property refurbishments and home improvements 

Having worked interior and exterior on domestic and commercial buildings from revamps to new builds including domestic dwellings, offices, churches, schools, care homes and surgeries. We also have experience in dealing with and working alongside different estate agents. With practical solutions we only supply and install quality materials and ensure good customer care and communication with flexibility and reliability. We treat customer’s properties and belongings with the utmost care and respect.

We promote and nurture a culture of excellence within our team and they in turn are all very proud of their work and all our finished projects. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding quality work that not only meet our client’s expectations but surpass them.

All power tools and leads are PAT tested. If required we can provide a risk assessment method statement. Correct personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn to comply with all different jobs and sites. Proof of public liability can be shown upon request.
